Adjusting to the New Normal

“We got through the day,” said at the Christmas dinner table yesterday, echoes my feeling. We celebrated the Christmas holiday (Christmas eve and day) with family and friends and told heartfelt stories about our relations not present. We enjoyed the food on the table and each other’s company. We noticed our loved ones who were missing. After the dinners, we sat together at the church and in our living room with a spirit of family love and friendship. It was different. It was new. It was good.
Moving forward with a listening heart,
Mary
