Grief and Cheer at the Gravesite Home for the Holidays I was this past week, in North Syracuse, NY. We closed the sale on the family home there, and now remaining is a simple gravesite where I can visit the memories of my parents and our life together. The evergreen wreath symbolizes their return to the earth and spirit-world… all matter is one universal energy connected.
Now in Topsfield I make a new home at this holiday-time, with my beloved life-partner, Karl. We are creating new and still familiar definitions of home, holiday, and family traditions.
