Getting Around

Parking Beside the Gardens

The parking area is right next to the gardens, so there is no long walk from the car.

Choose Your Distance

  • MargFMac Trail (0.1 mile): A short, flat, fully accessible loop through the front garden.
  • Full Trail (0.5 mile): A longer route through the pine grove and the other gardens.

Rest & Observe

Not up for a walk? Sit by the koi pond or on one of the benches and listen to the birds.

Facilities & Amenities

We maintain an on-site accessible porta-potty for guests. Please note: we do not have a gift shop, cafe, or vending machines. Please bring your own water and snacks.

The Plant Stand

We often have plants for sale at our self-serve stand. A donation is recommended but not required.

Companionship Required

Anyone who needs assistance must come with a caregiver, family member, or friend.

Dress for Nature

Most of your visit will be outdoors. Dress in layers, wear comfortable shoes, and bring sun protection and bug spray.

Picnics Welcome

Bring a snack or lunch! We follow a “Carry In, Carry Out” policy, so please take your trash home with you.

No Pets Allowed

To protect guests who use mobility aids or are at risk of falling, pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome.

Reservations & Groups

Please register ahead of time. Parking is limited to 10 spaces.

Are you a Group?

Senior centers, care facilities, and support groups can reserve the entire garden space, a particular garden area, and the ‘Caretaker’s Cottage’ for private outings.
