Council on Aging directors from Topsfield, Middleton, Lynn, and Reading met with me yesterday to learn more about the services we’re now providing online and onsite. They also learned & experienced a restorative chair posture and a relaxation breath! We discussed the possibility of offering local programs in their towns and also in a central location.
