Morning Report: Honey and the Hinoki

It’s a damp fall day here – a benefit to a green garden. Miss Honey stands directly above the Hinoki Cypress and sedum groundcover in the Ornamental Tree and Shrub Garden. Yesterday I noticed two sparrows drinking and bathing in the bird bath gifted to us by our friend Vern a few weeks ago.
My friend Michelle T. from Denver visited us yesterday and enjoyed the garden tour. Her favorite specimen was the ancient white cedar in the Secret Garden.
