Morning Report: Planting Ground-Covers

One of the benefits of planting ground-cover plants, like this bright pink creeping phlox, in your garden, is to help control the growth of weeds. The ground-cover takes up residence in the space where weed seeds might be tempted to land and grow. We are using this technique widely throughout our gardens to help control the weeds. Another benefit of creeping phlox is that it offers a nice evergreen cover throughout the year.
