Morning Report: Kiosk Design Installed

Many thanks to Edith Heyck, who assists me with graphic design projects, for help with creating the MargFMac Front Garden Loop Trailhead Kiosk! We installed the new design on Friday, May 1, May Day, in plenty of time for Mother’s Day, coming up May 10. This installation is a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, Margaret, in loving memory.
The trailhead kiosk helps to articulate visually our naming of our wheelchair-accessible garden in Margaret’s memory, and helps people in our local area better understand:

• the healing nature of our gardens
• our offering private tours by appointment
• our offering a welcoming place to people in our town with dementia and care-partners once-a-month through October, 2015
• our story and intentions for the future
• Margaret Fraser MacDonald
