
Starting Tuesday, March 17, 8am-8:45am: Stretch to Live Pain Free! I offer this 45 minute practice free of charge ~ for people wanting to learn how to heal themselves from their chronic pain issues (back, hips, knees, necks, headaches…) Walk ins welcome. RSVP appreciated as space is limited. Program will run 11 weeks, Tuesdays/Thursdays, 8am.-8:45am.

Our Winter Crew Garden Volunteers joined us last night for a visit to the The Boston Flower & Garden Show. John liked the stud grabber. Audra liked the grape hyacinths and tiny roses. Karl liked the woodland seating display area with the built in bench: 12 feet long, 1 foot thick. Mary liked the Ikebana arrangements.

The Topsfield Library has cancelled our Sat. Memory Cafe, 3/14/20. The hat-making program will be rescheduled for Sat. April 11, 10am. This will be Easter Weekend.
