Other fun news…
Yesterday, I observed honey bees at the bird feeders. After a bit of research, we learned that this often happens when the weather first breaks and flowers are not yet available. The honey bees like the dust in the cracked corn feed.
This morning while checking on our “Bird Tales” station, a red-breasted robin was surprised by Miss Honey, and quickly flew back to the shelter of the woods. I also observed two chickadees swapping back and forth their calls:
“dee..dee..dee..”
“dee..dee..dee..”

Moving forward with a listening heart,
vision, inquiry, and action,

P.S. Today is the anniversary of my mom Margaret’s birthday 2/22/1941. May she rest in peace.
