Cafe´Care Consults offer presence, a listening ear, the opportunity to learn & experience a relaxation breath, letting-go meditation, restorative chair posture or chair dance; or ask a long-term care question. Offered free-of-charge and centrally within the community to better meet people where they are financially, locally, physically, mentally, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
