On Saturday, June 20th, from 10am – 4pm, to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Association, we will offer a Dementia-Friendly Farm Stand, as well as 3 educational sessions (details below). Pre-Registration Required for these sessions, no later than June 18, 5pm. Morning Session
COST: Suggested Donation $40. per person for (2) experiences or $25. for (1) experience.
10am Stop & Rest: Guided “Garden Bathing.” 50 min. 10-person limit.
Garden Bathing, also known as Forest Bathing, is a contemplative, restorative practice for the body, mind, and spirit. This is a facilitated session for beginners or experts.
11am Smell the Roses: Wheelchair-Accessible Tour. 50 min. 10-person limit.
Our 0.1 mile custom brick-laid trail, The Memorial MargFMac Front Garden Loop, now offers wheelchair-access to 100 Roses. Stop and Smell the Roses!

Midday Session
COST: Free of Charge, Registration Required. Please Note***These 2-hours represent our June Memory Cafe in the Garden***
12pm Lunch & Learn: Presentation: “Private Garden Time: A Welcome Respite for Many during a Pandemic.” Please bring your own brown bag. Cold drinks provided. 10-person limit.
1pm Community Roundtable: Discussion: People living with memory challenges & care-partners may connect, enjoy, network. 10-person limit.
