Rest.Stop.Ranch Table at Topsfield Fair on Oct 7 2019For a second year, we joined other community groups and nonprofits for a day of outreach at the Topsfield Fair. We reconnected with old friends, answered questions, and invited folks to our upcoming programs: Thursday Volunteer INFO Session, Memory Cafe on Saturday and Sunday Stroll on Sunday. People took our literature for their friends and workplaces. A volunteer prospect filled out an application at the table. The rain held off but the wind was strong all day. Landscape plantings helped to hold Memory Café signs in place, 30lb weights held the tall sign against the strongest gusts, rubber bands, clipboards and rock weights held the literature on the table. We sat at the table from 9am to 4pm.
