My winter hibernation project has started. This is working on the book version of my “Take Care of Yourself” keynote message I delivered in 2013 at the Syracuse, NY DEMENTIACARE Conference. This is material that I have taught since 2010 at speaking engagements and retreats such as the one I’m offering next week in North Andover, MA, at Rolling Ridge Retreat Center.
