Gardens Ready for Winter

Yesterday, Karl gathered and stacked the remaining storm fall (from the main garden trails) into a large burn pile in back of the Caretaker’s Cottage. He also collected and stored our summer garden furniture. A few winter seats are still available.
Saturday, Karl and I enjoyed a respite retreat away from our garden projects. We traveled to the South Shore and enjoyed visits to Plimoth Plantation and Heritage Museum and Gardens “Aglow,” in Sandwich, MA. Both sites are great family destinations.
Over the weekend, I organized our drums and percussion instruments for the upcoming Memory Café Drum Circle, December 16, 10am – 12pm, at Topsfield Trinity Church. Laura Proctor, the Music Director at Trinity Church, will be assisting us as a co-facilitator for this event.
