Yesterday, June 1, we invested in many more rose plants, bringing our total number of rose plants to fifty. Thirty plants are wheelchair-accessible along the MargFMac Front Garden Loop (0.1 mile). Thirteen are accessed by walking on relatively flat grass or ground ~ in the Kitchen Garden, Ornamental Trees & Shrubs, and Cottage Garden. Seven are accessed by walking up or down a grassy hill.
Options for visiting the roses include the following events:
June 3, 17, or 24: 10am – 12pm, Saturday Memory Café
June 18: 11am – 2pm, Sunday Stroll (Father’s Day)

Our Rose Rodeo is partly funded by MA DDS (2017 Memory Café) and a generous individual contribution by Peggy Roy, in loving memory of my mom, Margaret Fraser MacDonald, who considered Peggy one of her best friends. Peggy is the only friend who visited Margaret in the Boston area during her final months of life. Thank you, Peggy!
