Open to the public and free-of-charge, this is the largest wheelchair-accessible Lilac collection in New England. 66 varieties may be smelled by a paraplegic wheelchair-user. 130 lilac plants total, 110 varieties. The plant list is second only to Arnold Arboretum, Boston, MA, USA. Lilac Nursery program supported by International Lilac Society, Lilac Preservation Committee.
