New Job: Programs Coordinator!

Thanks again to our generous donor base and program sponsors for supporting our capacity to create and offer this new employment opportunity!  The Programs Coordinator role will make a 5th (part-time) lead staff member, joining Office Coordinator, Community Liaison, Garden Guru and Volunteer Coordinator.  This small & mighty team will bring the non-profit organization to the next level.

Becoming truly a sustainable organization requires not only the small team actualizing the mission daily and weekly.  It requires continued funds development, a strong volunteer corps, strategic planning and steady management.  I, Mary, Founding Director, will continue as a team facilitator and team member supervisor.  I will have the time to focus more on our strategic plan, board recruitment, and fundraising efforts.
