What is the Thursday Social?

The Thursday Social is a weekly drop-in for care-partners, people with memory changes, volunteers, and neighbors.

You can sit quietly in the garden, have coffee and a snack, or talk with other caregivers.

What to Expect During Your Visit

Where we meet depends on the season:

  • Spring, Summer & Fall: We sit outside on the patio. You can walk or roll the trails, watch the koi, or find a bench in the shade.
  • Winter: We move indoors to the Caretaker’s Cottage, which has a step-free entrance, and serve hot drinks.
  • Drop in any time: This is a drop-in event. You are welcome to arrive at any time between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM and stay for as long as you’d like. Light refreshments are provided.
