As you meet up with friends and family these HOLY-DAYS… Please notice the gifts each individual possesses within… might they be looking for more meaning and purpose working with us while growing their personal interests and goals?
Two part-time jobs will become available for application this January 2026:
- Year-Round Development Liaison, $20/hr., up to 10-hrs. per week
- We’re looking for a cheerful go-getter who easily builds relationships and tracks goals. Abilities must include: personal phone and email use, driving, ambulation up/down stairs, working knowledge of spreadsheets, social media platforms, sponsorship development, segmented marketing, grant writing, and being a team player. Onsite meetings and work-from-home.
- Seasonal Rose Curator, $15/hr., up to 10-hrs. per week (March – November)
- Our 2nd horticultural hire, you will love caring for our 100+ rose collection, and learning more about roses and rose care with our New England Rose Society membership. Abilities must include: personal phone and email use, driving, ambulation up/down stairs and over 0.5 mile trail system, lift 40lb. bags in/out of wheelbarrow, squat, kneel and stand multiple times over a 3-4 hour session to tend roses, working steadily, outside, rain or shine.
This is our final push to raise the funds needed to support:
- Growing the Accessible Gardens (2026 Forest Floor Hardscape Switchback)
- User-Friendly Labeling the Arboretum Trees, Shrubs, and Woody Vines
- Creating an Artist-in-Residence Program, starting with Light Artist, Matt Belge
- Offering Individual and Group Support, and Memory Cafe for Dementia Caregivers
