Dad, Smile for the Camera! Bob & Jeanne Enjoy Bird WatchingYesterday, Karl and I hosted, with four volunteers, seven Sunday Stroll & Memory Café guests. Five of the seven guests were curious visitors who had noticed our signage on the street and wanted to learn more about what we’re doing. Guests and volunteers enjoyed lilies blooming in the wheelchair-accessible garden, as well as the Lily Pond in the back woods. Bob, Jeanne and I also had some fun with our new percussion instruments (funded by MA DDS) and a music therapy video supplied by Jeanne. I also learned that Bob is a native New-Yorker, and we shared some similar background and stories about Upstate New York, which warmed my heart.
