Cafe Care Consults at the Good Day Cafe in N. Andover, MA start again tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct 1, 2-3:30pm, and the series will run for four weeks.
I offer this opportunity at the cafe for people affected by long-term illness who would love to:
– sit and share what’s on their mind or heart
– learn a relaxation breath
– learn a restorative chair posture
– ask a question about a long-term care concern
